How do I know the leads are real?+
Every prospect is pulled from the live Companies House register — an actively trading, registered UK company. Contact details are only attached when a matching public business listing confirms them. If we can't verify a phone or website, we leave it blank rather than guess.
What if I don't use my full monthly allowance?+
Allowances reset each month and don't roll over, which is why we let you start on Starter and move up only when you're consistently hitting the cap. You can change plan at any time.
Will the proposals sound like me, or like a robot?+
You upload one of your own proposals during setup and ProposalUp learns your structure, tone and pricing language from it. You also pick your palette, logo and call-to-action, so every document goes out on your brand.
Can I cancel?+
Yes — monthly plans are rolling and cancel in two clicks from your billing page. Prepaid 3, 6, 9 and 12-month terms simply run to the end of the term and never auto-renew.
Is this GDPR-compliant for outreach?+
We only surface business contact details that are already published on the public register or a business's own listing, which is the lawful basis most UK B2B outreach relies on. You remain the sender and controller of anything you choose to send, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
