Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, business details you provide.
• Uploaded documents you provide to train the AI on your business.
• Prospect data you generate through the platform.
• Usage analytics (aggregated, no personal profiling).

How we use it

• To operate the ProposalUp service and generate proposals for you.
• To bill your subscription via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (proposal delivery, receipts).

Storage & security

Data is stored in encrypted databases with row-level security. Uploaded files use private buckets with signed URLs.

Your rights

Signed-in customers can download a full copy of their data or delete their account and records instantly from Privacy & data in the dashboard. Everyone else can request an export or erasure via the contact form.
