Subscription

ProposalUp subscriptions are billed via Stripe at the price shown for your selected plan and billing period before checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You must comply with anti-spam laws (PECR, GDPR, CAN-SPAM). ProposalUp is a tool; you are responsible for the content and recipients of proposals you send. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out these rules in plain English.

Data ownership

You own the content you upload and generate. We hold it to operate the service.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
